Paola Turra was born in Venice where she lives and works.
At the beginning of the 90s, in the same city, she followed the drawing and painting courses of Maestro Francesco De Notaristefani; from 1995 to 1997 she enrolled in the Scuola Libera del Nudo of the Accademia di Belle Arti in Venice and began her exhibition activity. At the same time she attended the atelie of Maestro Dorino Cioffi and strengthened her pictorial training with the lessons of Maestro Miro Romagna.
She has held solo art exhibitions and numerous are the participations in national exhibitions.
Her works are present in private collections both in Italy and abroad and many are the publications in art catalogues.
She is the President of the Cultural Association "Le Colonete" of Venice, the Association that since forty years organizes exhibitions in the historic spaces near Sain Mark's Square. Since 2021, she is part of the "Atelier Contemporanei Arte Venezia" circuit.
